Our Mission
At Riley's Moon Lit Acres, we believe that a "broken'' bunny isn't broken at all - they are all simply unique. We specialize in the rescue, sanctuary, and rehabilitation of senior, disabled, and special needs rabbits who have been overlooked by the world. From mobility carts to specialized medical care, we provide a forever haven where every rabbit - regardless of their physical challenges - can finally learn what it feels like to be safe, loved, and home.
Meet some of our Sanctuary Bunnies
Lord Willis - English Lop
Our beautiful Lordship Willis is a 5 year old english lop from a cruelty case from 2023. He was rescued and fostered by a wonderful organization. He now spends his days playing with his bun wife Hannah Banana. They are so loved.
Hannah Banana - English Lop
Hannah Banana is one of our sanctuary bunnies. Rescued from a cruelty case in 2023, Hannah has became a special part of our organization. Now she is a joy to so many she gets to meet. Her sassy attitude makes her even more special to us.
Lady Piper - Rex
Lady Piper came to us through a rescue in 2021 with her partner, Winston Churchill. The bonded duo was such a special pair due to the fact that Winston was blind, deaf, and had challenges to his mobility. Lady Piper was his protection from day one. She was his eyes and ears at all times.
Charlotte & Layla - English Lop
Charlotte & Layla the sibling duo have been sanctuary bunnies here with us at Riley's Moon Lit Acres for over 3 years now.
